| Hunan Liuyang Safe Warehouse & Container Yard Co., Ltd, planned by Liuyang City Government, was a modern fireworks logistics center invested by member companies of International Fireworks Association. It was located at the suburb zone of Liuyang, covering an area of over 30,000 sqm. First Phase Project, including an international fireworks container yard of 25,000 sqm and a fireworks warehouse of 8,500 sqm, had been finished construction and would come into operation on Jan 1st, 2008. Meanwhile, Hunan Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Changsha Customs District and other international inspection authorities would enter the Center; while some well-known shipping enterprises like Maersk, APL, MOL would set up their container yards and provide direct logistics services for fireworks export companies. The Second Phase Project was planned to be completed on June of 2008;Proposed area of fireworks warehouse was 13,000 sqm. |
