On December 29th, 2007, Fangchenggang Southwest Maritime Ltd and CNOOC-Shell signed the

Y2008 Voyage Charter Party Contract (M/V Hong Kang) for the transportation of butadiene chemicals.

It was reported that there were only two domestic companies signed such agreement with CNOOC-Shell.
